Authorized Posp
  1. Authorization: Finbix is an authorized Point of Sales Person (PoSP) of Insurance Dekho.
Definitions
  1. Finbix: Refers to the authorized entity engaged in selling insurance products as a PoSP.
  2. Insurance Dekho: The principal entity providing insurance products and services, which Finbix is authorized to sell.
Responsibilities of Finbix
  1. Sales and Marketing: Finbix shall act as an intermediary to sell and market the insurance products provided by Insurance Dekho.
  2. Compliance: Finbix shall adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements as mandated by the relevant authorities.
  3. Representation: Finbix shall accurately represent the insurance products and services of Insurance Dekho and shall not mislead or provide false information to customers.
Customer Interaction
  1. Transparency: Finbix is committed to providing clear and accurate information to customers about the insurance products offered by Insurance Dekho.
  2. Customer Support: Finbix will offer support to customers in understanding the products and services, and assist them through the purchase process.
Limitations of Liability
  1. Liability: Finbix shall not be held liable for any discrepancies or issues arising directly from the insurance products or services provided by Insurance Dekho.
  2. Indemnity: Finbix agrees to indemnify Insurance Dekho against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from actions or omissions by Finbix that are contrary to these terms and conditions.
Amendments and Termination
  1. Amendments: Insurance Dekho reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of such amendments will be provided to Finbix.
  2. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice as per the terms agreed upon in the contractual agreement.
Governing Law
  1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Insurance Dekho operates.
By engaging in sales activities as a PoSP of Insurance Dekho, Finbix agrees to adhere to the aforementioned terms and conditions.
